Returns & Exchange Policy

At AY Studio, we take pride in the quality of our pieces and want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns Window

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Eligible for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a faulty or damaged item
  • You received the incorrect item
  • The item has a manufacturing defect

Please note: natural variations and minor differences in colour or texture are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Earrings (unless faulty)
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse
  • Items returned outside the 7-day window
  • Sale or promotional items (unless faulty)

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side.
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after inspection.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service, as AY Studio is not responsible for lost return parcels.

Final Note

Our jewelry is designed to be worn and lived in, but proper care is essential. Damage caused by misuse, chemicals, or improper storage is not covered under our returns policy.
